Welcome to the Tiande in Ireland website terms and conditions (‘terms’). In these terms, ‘Tiandeinireland’, ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Tiande in Ireland and ‘you’ means the customer or potential customer.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Our terms and conditions are only supplied in English. These terms govern your use of www.tiandeinireland.com (‘website’), by using any part of this website you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using this website.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently amend these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to read and agree to these terms every time you place an order.
1.1 The products for sale on our website include but are not limited to bath and skincare products.
1.2 Some of our products contain herbs, minerals, oils and vitamins which may not be suitable for pregnant women. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and sunlight. Natural separation and sedimentation may occur.
Nano corrector – Botox effect and Lifting effect to be used once a year!
Chili salt product – do not leave longer as 20 min on your skin
Relaxing Massage oil – Not to be used in the bath and only as a body massage oil
2. Price and Special Offers
2.1 All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise specified. Prices may change from time to time but will not affect orders already placed. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of the products and will be shown separately on the Website during checkout.
3.1 Payment must be made when you submit your order. Products will be sent to you only when we receive full payment in cleared funds. We accept no liability for any delay or non-delivery due to a card issuer refusing to authorise a payment, or if we fail to accept a payment.
3.2 Online payment can be made via PayPal, Credit or Debit cards or via Bank Transfer.
3.3 We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.
4. Postage & Packaging
4.1 Products will be sent within 7 days of receipt of payment. Delivery is charged per order for all Ireland and EU addresses only, sent by AnPost or GLS couriers with approximate delivery time of 2-3 days in Ireland and 5 - 10 working days to other EU countries . We do not accept any liability for delivery delays caused by a third party or by you entering an incorrect address into our website.
4.2 Postage and packaging may vary due to promotional offers that may be active. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of the products and will be shown separately on the Website during checkout. Note: during checkout you will be prompted with 2 delivery options. Option 1 is 3.50 standard postage within Republic of Ireland only and it's customers responsibility if the package will be lost or stolen. Option 2 is 5.50 registered postage within Republic of Ireland only and it's ours responsibility if the package will be lost or stolen.
4.3 Once a package leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for the package including free postage. All questions regarding package tracking and delivery should be directed to An Post Ireland (or relevant shipping provider) as we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands. We do not guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and be aware of when it may be delivered.
4.4 When shipping problems occur (i.e. tracking information shows package as delivered, but package was not received) it is best to IMMEDIATELY take the tracking number with you to your local post office for further inquiry and request that they locate the package. They often have more information regarding the delivery or may even be holding the package there. The delivery person may also be able to provide further information about where the package was left.
Important: If tracking info shows the package has been delivered but package was not received, then it is required that you notify us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered then no recourse is available.
4.5 We reserve the right to vary our delivery prices in proportion with their costs of shipping and in line with any AnPost or GLS price rises.
4.6 In the event of an order being lost by a third party, we bear no risk once it has left our trading premises. For goods received damaged, refer to point 9.1.
5. Out of stock
5.1 All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock may take a little bit longer to be supplied and delivered to you. We will let you know how long will take via e mail provided in your order.
5.2 If your order is processed and a product is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will contact you within 7 days. You will be given the option to receive a refund or to exchange the product. If the new product is of greater value than the original, the difference will need to be paid by you before dispatch. If the new product is of less value, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
5.3 No part of your order will be dispatched to you until we have received confirmation that you would like either a refund or an exchange in regards to the out of stock product.
6. International delivery.
6.1 Postage outside the Republic of Ireland is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary. Please contact Customer Services for postage amount and details via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
6.2 Customers from outside the Republic of Ireland can only pay by bank transfer in euros.
6.3 For delivery outside the EU, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. Any additional customs clearance charges are payable by the customer. It is advisable to contact your local Customs authority for more information as Customs policies vary from country to country.
7.1 On receiving your order, you should check that all items on the delivery note are present. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 7 days of receipt that there is a problem. If you fail to notify us, we will consider the products satisfactory and are not obligated to accept any rejection by you at a later date.
7.2 Where the delivery is signed for, you bear the risk once the goods are signed for. If you believe the delivery has been tampered with in anyway, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods and notify us immediately.
8. Passing of property and risk
8.1 Tiande in Ireland retains ownership of all products until full payment has cleared into our bank account.
8.2 Ownership and risk passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns and refunds
9.1 We will not accept returns if you do not follow the procedure as defined in 9.2 to 9.5. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.2 You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). Contact us via email email@example.com. All returns must be within 10 working days after the date you originally received your order.
9.3 Any products to be returned must be done so in the same condition that you received them. It is you legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
9.4 Products are returned at your own cost and risk. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
9.5 Return products to: email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your issue and we will send you detailed information on how and where to send goods back.
9.6 Damaged or defective products: The damaged product(s) must be returned to TianDe before a full refund or replacement can be issued.
9.7 Incorrect order or dissatisfaction: Product(s) must be returned to TianDe before the correct order is sent or a partial refund (full refund less original postage charged) can be issued.
9.8 Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process your refund as soon as possible and within 20 days of receipt of the returned product.
10.1 We will not accept cancellations if you do not follow the procedure as defined in 10.2 to 10.4.

10.3 If orders have been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure will apply.
10.4 If orders have already been dispatched, we cannot refund any post or packaging costs.

14.1 Nothing in our terms will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.2 Our products are intended for personal use only. We will not be liable for business losses (including without limitations loss of income, profits, data, business, contracts or anticipated savings).
14.3 Subject to 14.1, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of you failing to use any of our products in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided by us or failing to draw such instructions or warnings to the attention of your customers, where appropriate.

d. we will not be liable for access delays or interruptions to our website, data non-delivery, mis-delivery, corruption, disruption or other modification
e. our maximum liability in relation to any event or series of events shall be limited to the total price paid by you for the products. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or your contract cancellation or refund rights.
f. loss of goodwill or reputations. You agree that you will not hold us liable in respect to any comment, review and/or feedback on our website published by others in relation to you.

15.1 We take reasonable care to ensure prices, details and descriptions of our products for sale are accurate. While we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible we do not give any warranty that the website content is accurate, current, complete or error-free.
15.2 While tiandeinireland takes all reasonable effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses and defects, we cannot guarantee that your use of our website, or any other website accessed through links on our website, will be interruption or error free or will not cause damage to your computer. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or corruption to any data as a result of using our website or any websites accessed through links on our website.
16. Third party links
16.1 We use hyperlinks on our website which are owned and operated by third parties. These links are only for your convenience and when you activate a link you will leave the tiandeinireland website. We have no control over third party websites and accept no responsibility or liability for their contact, products or services or for any loss or damage that may arise from using them.
16.2 Linking to other websites is at your own risk and any dealings with or services found via these links is solely between you and the third party operator of the said website.
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of ROI.
